Obituary of Dale S. Gallien
Peabody – Dale S. Gallien 56, beloved husband of Doreen J. (Wood) Gallien, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 29, 2020.
Born, raised and educated in Lynn, he was the son of the late Rose (DeProspero) Gallien (Mother) and Roy (Father) and Cathy Pahlm (Step Mother) of Lynn.
Dale had been employed as a shop manager for G/J Towing in Revere for twenty-nine years where he was a loyal and dedicated employee.
A resident of Peabody for the past twenty-nine years, he has a passion for cars and enjoyed working on them in his spare time. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Derek S. Gallien of Peabody, four grandchildren, Kai, Evamarie, Amelia and Brandon Gallien, four sisters, Keri A. Shea (Gallien), Lorraine Gallien, Johnnieann “Sissy” Martin and Jody Faulkner, four brothers, James Dysart, Shawn Gallien, Robert Robinson and Shad Ventura and several nieces and nephews. He was also the father of the late Dana N. Gallien and brother of the late Roy Pahlm Jr.
Visiting hours will be held at the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, Tuesday, August 4, 2020 from 4 to 6 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. All attendees are required to wear mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
