Francis L. Conway – Francis is a third generation funeral director, and has been involved in numerous community activities, as well as served as a Past President of the Massachusetts Funeral Director’s Association. His most loved hobby is golf as well as other sports. He and his wife, Carol Ann, have four children and seven grandchildren.


Kevin J. Conway – Kevin is a fourth generation funeral director and the son of Francis. Kevin and his wife, Mary, are proud parents of three children. Kevin has been a funeral director for over 20 years and is serving the funeral home as its current president.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Funeral Director’s Association and is dedicated to serving families with a caring and understanding devotion.

John(Jack) V. Barry Jr - has been associated with the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur funeral home for over seven years. In 2016, After a thirty-two-year career with the Lynn Fire Department Jack retired as a District Chief. He expanded his career in funeral service graduating with honors from FINE Mortuary College and becoming a licensed Funeral Director in 2017. Jack lives in Lynn with his wife Debbie. They have two daughters and three grandchildren. He has been a member of the A.O.H Division 10 and the Knights of Columbus Council 70, both in Lynn for over forty years.


Joseph A. Pavao Jr. is a licensed funeral director who had been associated with the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral home for over 10 years. A life long resident of Peabody, he and his wife Christina and their two children have been active in many associations in the Portuguese community and are members of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Peabody.

Thomas P. Walsh, is a licensed Massachusetts Funeral Director and has been associated with the Conway Cahill-Brodeur funeral home since 2005. He and his wife Mary reside in Peabody and have two children. Tom is also a celebrant helping officiating at the funeral home.

Kevin J. Grondin, a licensed Massachusetts funeral director, has recently joined the Conway, Cahill Brodeur Funeral Home and will serve as our pre-need co-ordinater. He had been in funeral service for the past 43 years and had owned and operated funeral homes in Beverly, Gloucester and Haverhill. He and his wife Patricia reside in Beverly with their two children.

Haley Jordan of Lynn, MA is an apprentice Funeral Director and is currently a student at the FINE Mortuary College in Norwood taking courses toward her degree in Funeral Service.
