There will be no formal service. According to his wish, Colonel Tran will be cremated on Tuesday 15 Dec2020 at 7 AM and his remains will be kept with his daughter. In lieu of sending flowers, please consider donate to the The Tran-Phan Family Endowment Foundation. Since 2013, this foundation was created at North Shore Community College, in honor of Colonel Nghia Tran and his wife, Loan Anh Phan who had instill the high value of education in their children. Since its creation, each year the scholarship fund has been able to grant 2-3 students in great needs (poor immigrants pursuing engineering or health profession). Please write the name of the scholarship fund in the Memo line of your check or on-line giving at http://www.northshore.edu/giving/foundation/.
