Obituary of Phyllis M. (Deschene) Sawall

Phyllis M. (Deschene) Sawall, 72, of Peabody, died Friday June 1, 2007 at the Hunt Nursing and Retirement Home in Danvers. Mrs. Sawall was born on September 1, 1934, in Salem, daughter of the late Phillip and Beatrice (Mello) Deschene. She was raised in Salem and graduated from Salem High School Class of 1952. She then pursued her education at North Shore Community College for 2 years. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening and also sun tanning. She is survived by her children, R. Michael “Mike” and his wife Amarys Deschene of Lowell, Robert E. Sawall of Lynn, Phillip D. Sawall of Gloucester and Lorraine B. Sawall of Peabody; a brother, Phillip Deschene of CA, 8 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her sister Patricia Stevens pre deceased her.
