Obituary of William J. Choquette
William J. Choquette, 78, of Peabody died Sunday
Evening at the Lahey Clinic North Hospital. He had taken an ill turn at the Pilgrim
House Nursing home where he was residing and was rushed to the Hospital.
Born and raised in Salem,Ma., he was the son of the late Oscar and Sophia (Kabierska)
Choquette and had resided in Middleton before moving to Peabody 22 years ago.
He had operated the First Chimney Roofing Co. in Middleton for many years prior
To his retirement. He enjoyed collecting antiques.
He is survived by 2 sons: William J. Choquette and Matthew Choquette both of Peabody; 2 daughters, Cheryl Choquette of Peabody and Dianne Choquette of N.H
And many nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Vernon Choquette.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday
At 7:45 P.M. at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 12 Chestnut St., Peabody facility. Visiting hours on Thursday from 6:00 to 7:45 P.M. prior to the service
Inurnment will be in the Veterans Lot at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody on Friday at 1:30 P.M.
