Obituary of Florence (Cecere) Sabbagh

Florence (Cecere) Sabbagh PEABODY—Florence (Cecere) Sabbagh, 97, beloved wife of the late George Sabbagh, died Saturday evening at the Harborside Cedar Glen Nursing Facility in Danvers. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Carmela (Laporta) Cecere. She lived in East Boston in her youth where she attended schools. She lived in Winthrop for many years, and lived in Peabody for the last 25 years. Mrs. Sabbagh was a Manager with Paramount Uniform Company in Boston before her retirement. She is survived by: a son, Richard Paul Sabbagh of Georgetown; a daughter, Rosemarie Albanese of Peabody; six grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; one sister, Hilda Bonanno of Arlington, and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St. location, Peabody, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 AM in Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Lynnfield. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5 to 8 P.M. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
