Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Eicks
Elizabeth Ann (Guzowski) Eicks, 47, of Port Orange, Fl, and formerly of Peabody, Ma., died Tuesday, Sept. 10,2002 at the
Hospice Care Center in Port Orange, Fl.
She was born and raised in Peabody, Ma., the
Daughter of Chester and Janina (Solokowski) Guzowski and was a graduate of
Peabody High School. She had resided in Peabody and the North Shore area most of her
Life before moving to Florida 2 years ago.
She had been a waitress in the Restaurant
Field for many years and later worked at the Mt. Pleasant Nursing Center in Lynn for
8 years.
She was talented at arts and crafts and enjoyed making Afghans and
doing paintings.
Surviving her besides her parents of Peabody are a son, Thomas Eicks Jr. with the U.S. Navy stationed at Great Lakes, Chicago, Il., 3 brothers, Chester Guzowski Jr. of Peabody, David Guzowski of Danvers, Ma. and Kenneth Guzowski of Dover, Me. and many cousins.
Services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 12 Chestnut St., Peabody facility. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Burial will be in
St. Mary’ s Cemetery, Salem. Visiting hours on Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M.
