Obituary of Catherine (Cantillo) Cicco

Catherine (Cantillo) Cicco, 92 years of Peabody, wife of the late John Cicco, died Monday morning at the Peabody Glen Health Care Center after a brief illness. Mrs. Cicco was born July 3, 1912 in Boston, daughter of the late Alphonse and Henrietta (Martignetti) Cantillo. She was raised in Boston and graduated from Boston Girls High School class of 1930. She resided in East Boston before moving to Peabody in 1966. Mrs. Cicco was employed for 15 years as a secretary for the Tandy Corporation in Boston. Following her retirement she enjoyed her floral garden and loved going to the Peter A. Torigian Community Life Center in Peabody where she had made so many friends. She is survived by a daughter and her husband, Carol Ann and Robert A. Moschell of Peabody; a grandson, Robert J. Moschell of Peabody; and several nieces and nephews. Also pre deceased by her siblings Maurice, James and Thomas Cantillo and Anna Puopolo. Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 12 Chestnut St. location, Peabody, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Lynnfield, to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 5 - 8 p.m. As per her request burial services will be private.
