Obituary of Shawn C. Dow

Shawn C. Dow, 21, of Peabody, died early Saturday morning at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital as results of injuries sustained from a fall earlier that morning. Born in Lynn, he was the son of Dorothy A. Glenn of Peabody and David S. Dow Sr. of Hull. He was raised and educated in Peabody and was a graduate of Peabody Veteran’s Memorial High School in 2005. He continued on with his education and was a photography major in his junior year at the Art Institute of in Boston at Lesley University. While in high school, he worked part time at the Hannaford supermarket in Peabody and recently was working at Marty’s Liquors and Deli in Allston. Besides his loving mother, Shawn is survived by a brother, David S. Dow Jr, of Peabody, his grandmother, Maria Glenn of Peabody, his aunts and uncles, Linda and Joe Howard of Virginia, Norman and Gail Glenn of East Hampton, and Mary and Allen Welshons of Peabody,his great aunt and uncle Anthony and Theresa D'Amore and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 3:00 until 8:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St, Peabody Facility to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. His funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Lynnfield. Burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
