Obituary of Nancy M. Oteri

Nancy M. Oteri, 88, of Danvers, and formerly of Peabody, died peacefully early Monday Morning at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, following a brief illness. Born in Italy, she was the daughter of the late Gaetano and Giovana (Amanti) Oteri. She later lived in Peabody and has spent the last 11 years living in Danvers. She worked as a seamstress for for Nursewear in Boston for over 27 years before retiring in 1982. She also enjoyed Gourmet cooking. She is survived by her loving sister of “Lena” Josephine Oteri of Danvers, and also by several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was the sister of the late John, Placido, and Peter Oteri, Grace Gianino, and Angie Russo. Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 10:00 AM at St. Rose of Lima, Topsfield. Her Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 until 8:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody Facility to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 76 Liberty St., Danvers, MA 01923.
