Annina (Pulice) Rizzo
PEABODYAnnina (Pulice) Rizzo, beloved wife of the late Carmelo Rizzo, died peacefully in her sleep on Sunday morning at the Peabody Glen Nursing Home in Peabody following a brief illness.
Born in Italy, she lived there in her youth until she married. Following World War II, she moved to Argentina where she lived a number of years. She emigrated to the United States in 1979. She first came to the Wollaston area of Quincy, then lived in Revere for several years, and then lived in Peabody for the last 11 years.
Mrs. Rizzo enjoyed living her life in a simple manner, and enjoyed social gatherings with her family and close friends.
She is survived by: two sons, Benjamin Rizzo of Peabody and Louis Rizzo of Plymouth, she leaves 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and several extended family in MA and Italy.
Following cremation, a private family committal will be held in April.
