Mike and I were in the same graduating class at Danvers High. I’ll never forget turning around and meeting him as a sophomore, after he mouthed off to the French teacher he could not take seriously! We struck up a long term friendship that lasted more than a dozen years. He was a talented guitarist, and skilled artist in several media. We shared so many good times over the years, skiing in Maine and Colorado, summers on the Cape, playing and listening to music, going to clubs and concerts, trying to find the best clam chowder or sushi in Boston....<br>When we were young, I can honestly say Mike was a true friend, and I miss him.<br>
