Obituary of George T. "Georgie" Levesque, Jr.

George T. Georgie Levesque, Jr., 25 years, of Peabody died unexpectedly Wednesday at the Lahey Medical Center in Burlington. Mr. Levesque was born July 13, 1977 in Salem, son of George T. Levesque, Sr. and M. Esabel (Marques) Levesque of Peabody. He was raised in Peabody and attended St. John’ s Grammar School, Higgins Middle School, Peabody Veterans Memorial High School. He also attended North Shore Community College. He was a self -employed painter in the North Shore area. He enjoyed riding dirt and street bikes, fishing, playing video games and watching movies. He is best known for caring and being helpful to his friends. His dog Sabotage Sabby will miss him dearly. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Aimee R. Levesque of Peabody, a Junior at Salem State College; his paternal grandmother, Mary Levesque of Salem; four aunts and three uncles, Rosa and Richard Erickson of Beverly, June Cormier of Lynn, Jacqueline and Philip Femino of Salem and Claire and Miles Benedict of Belding, MI and several cousins. His funeral will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at 12 Chestnut St., Peabody 978-531-0398 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Church, Peabody. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Burial in St. Mary’ s Cemetery, Salem.
