Obituary of Margaret D. (Dougall) Forsyth

Margaret D. (Dougall) Forsyth PEABODY—Margaret D. (Dougall) Forsyth, beloved wife of the late William Forsyth, died unexpectedly on Saturday at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and May (Whamond) Dougall. She lived there in her youth, and graduated from Lynn Classical High School. Mrs. Forsyth was a Secretary and partnered with her husband in establishing Forsyth Electrical in which she remained active until several years ago. She enjoyed gatherings with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by friends and family, including: three sons and daughters-in-law, William & Patricia Forsyth of Wakefield, David & Mary Ann Forsyth of Peabody, and Douglas & Tina Forsyth of Danvers; four grandchildren, Jennifer Jensen, April Tozlowski, Lindsay Forsyth and Brian Forsyth; five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews, including her Goddaughter Linda Grillo, and a special life-long friend, Phyllis Manoogian. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Margaret Bailey. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 8 P.M. in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St. location, Peabody. Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11 AM in the funeral home, to which relatives and friends are kindly invited. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody.
