Obituary of Doris Caithness

Doris R. (Ouellette) Caithness, 80, of Walnut St., Peabody, died Friday evening at the Salem Hospital following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Robert L. Caithness. Born and raised in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Napoleon and Agnes (Rainville) Ouellette. She had lived in Salem for most of her youth and had attended Salem Public Schools. She later moved to Lynn for 12 years and has spent the last 50 years living in Peabody. She enjoyed her time with the Peabody Seniors Citizen group and also enjoyed ceramics, Traveling and sewing. She is survived by a brother and a sister-in-law, Leo & Noella Ouellette of Salem and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Henry & Maurice Ouellette and Irene Desilet. Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 12 Chestnut St., Peabody Facility (978) 531-0398 to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
