Obituary of Alexander John "George" Kotarski, II

Alexander John George Kotarski 11, 57, of No. Reading, Ma. died unexpectedly Saturday at his vacation home in Naples, Me. He was the husband of Maureen (Ambrose) Kotarski with whom he shared 31 years Of marriage. He was born and raised in Peabody on October 19, 1944, the son of the late Dr. Alexander J. and Theresa (Bradley) Kotarski and had resided in No Reading for The past 20 years. He was a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy of Andover and Attended Clemson University and Boston College and was a graduate of USC in California in 1968. He was first employed for 7 years in the pension department with the Union Mutual Insurance Co. in Portland, Me and for the past 20 years was a Pension Consultant with the Towers Perrin Co. of Boston. He was an avid golfer and Enjoyed reading, cooking and taking time to be with his family and friends. Surviving him besides his wife are a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Robyn Kotarski of Reading, a daughter and son-in-law, Alexandria and Jerry Pacelli of Dracut, Ma., 4 grandchildren, Mason & Simon Kotarski of Reading and Jessica and Brandon Pacelli of Dracut, Ma., 2 nephews, Michael Kotarski of Maynard, Ma and James Kotarksi of Wakefield, a sister-in-law, Jane Kotarski Murphy of Peabody. He Was the brother of the late Michael Kotarski. His Funeral will be held on Thursday at 8:15 a.m. from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 12 Chestnut St., Peabody, facility followed by a funeral Mass in St. John’ s Church, Peabody at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’ s Cemetery, Salem. Visiting hours on Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00-9:00 P.M. Relatives and friends kindly invited.
