Obituary of Richard E. "Rick" Vieira

Richard E. “Rick” Vieira, 57, of Wisconsin and formerly of Peabody, died Thursday September 25, 2008 in Wisconsin. He was the beloved husband of Peggy Vieira and the late Martha Newman Vieira. Rick will always be loved and missed and besides his loving wife, he is survived by his brother, Gary Vieira of Peabody, his step children, Laura, David and Sam Mulveney. A memorial service was held in Wisconsin on September 29, 2008. Memorial donations can be made in his name to the Dana Faber Cancer Institute (D.M.G.) P.O. Box 55585, Boston, MA 02205-5585 Born in Massachusetts, he was the son of Mary R. (Bertoldi) Vieira of Peabody and the late Edward D. Vieira. He was a dedicated employee of Rockwell International in Wisconsin for over 27 years. Rick was a generous and loving man who loved spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed attending the theatre and community events and he enjoyed traveling and visiting with his children.
