Obituary of Barbara Wilkins

Peabody, October 23, 2002. Barbara Wilkins, 71, of Lowell St.,Peabody, Wednesday at her residence after a brief illness. She was born in Danvers on December 25, 1929, the daughter of the late Milton A. and Helen (Collins) Wilkins and had resided in Salem before moving to Peabody 17 years ago She had worked at the Goodwill Industries Stores as a production worker for 23 years. Later she worked at the Christmas Tree Shop in Lynnfield for 10 years. She enjoyed working and was very active. She leaves 2 nieces, Roberta Pyburn of Danvers and Donna Car, of Maumelle, Kansas, and her housemates and friends, Claire Hiltz, Karen Levenson and Albert Lane. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 12 Noon at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 12 Chestnut St., Peabody facility. A Visitation will be held from 11:00 - 12: Noon prior to the Service. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
