When I was a boy at St Anthony's parish in white river jct vt , Father Meade was a guiding light for me . We would hold mass durring the week and at the normal times on week ends . Also at the veterans hospital where I would run the cameras . It was a blow to me when he was assigned to another parish and we lost touch . That was a really great time in my life because of him . He was an insperation as I had a hard childhood . Sometimes all it takes is one person to acknowledge you as a human being to turn your life around . I'm 47. I wish I could talk to him now, I could use some of his wisdom and guidance .

FR. MEADE was the most spiritual person I've ever met. It was my honor & great pleasure to serve the 7PM mass with him every night at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, in Methuen. He had the greatest love & devotion to the Blessed Mother, that I've ever seen, heard & felt. He's finally home with his Mother!!!!!
May Her name be Praised & love forever, as Fr. Meade did.
PRAISE THE LORD!!
BOB LEGER

I am 8 years old. My Great Uncle is Father Jack. He was like a very special friend to me. I remember one year at Thanksgiving Father Jack sat in the big arm chair and I sat on his lap and he read to me. I love him and I'll miss him very much.

Dearest Uncle/Father Jack - You were truly a remarkable man. Your neverending love, encouragement, charm and most importantly sense of humor is already missed by us. May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields and, until we met again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand. All our love, Jack, Nancy, Jake and Shane. (aka your 2 favorite Spidermen)

Jack and I are both originally connected through our relation with Fr. John Keeley who served in Peabody and at IC in Revere. I was at Bedford 1944-48.
Jack was a great guy with a large spirit and presence. I know those close to him will miss him.
