Obituary of Andrew E. Alimonti, Jr.

Friday April 24, 2009 in Sandwich, NH, Andrew E. Alimonti Jr., of Moultonborough, NH and formerly of Peabody, died of results of injuries sustained in an automobile accident early that morning. Born in Boston on October 20, 1956, he was the son of Andrew E. Alimonti Sr., and Dolores (Piccinni) Alimonti of Peabody. He was raised and educated in Peabody and attended Peabody Public Schools. He has lived in Moultonborough, New Hampshire for the past 11 years. Andrew was self employed, before moving to New Hampshire 11 years ago, he owned and operated a variety of businesses including several redemption centers in the Boston Area, and while living in New Hampshire, he had remained self employed. Andrew loved snowmobiling, boating, and riding his motorcycle. He loved being with his family and friends. He was also and animal lover and will be missed by his rottweiler, Caesar. Besides his parents, Andrew E. Alimonti Sr., and Dolores (Piccinni) Alimonti, Andrew is survived by two daughters, Jeanna and Samantha Alimonti, both of Peabody, a sister, Lisa Pellegrini, two brothers, James and Christopher Alimonti, all of Peabody, and is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 5:00 until 7:30 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody followed by services at 7:30 PM to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Following cremation, burial services will be private. Expressions of sympathy can be sent to the Northeast Animal Shelter, 204 Highland Ave, Salem, MA 01970.
