Obituary of Guy Gagne

Guy Gagne, 69, of Lynn, died Tuesday at the NSMC- Union Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Canada on April 24, 1940 and had resided in Peabody and later in Lynn for the past 30 years. He had been employed in the leather industry in Peabody and later worked at Maynard Plastics. He also was employed at Shetland Industries prior to his retirement. Guy enjoyed flying kites at Lynn and Nahant Beaches and had been a member of Kites over New England. Guy was the devoted husband of the late June (Collins) Gagne. He was one of nine siblings who resided in Canada of which five are surviving him. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 9:30 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 82 Lynn St., Peabody facility. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn.
