Obituary of Eugene S. Jones

Eugene S. Jones, 38, died Monday, March 22, 2010 at the Hogan Regional Center in Hathorne with his family at his side. Eugene was born on February 6, 1972, in Boston, son of Angela (Hunter) Jones of Saugus and James Hunter of Revere. In addition to his parents, Eugene is survived by 6 siblings, Angela Sanders of Saugus, Tina Jones of Bowie, MD, Monica Jones of Framingham, Ericka Jones of No. Hollywood, CA, Danielle Jones of Saugus and James Jones, Jr. of Revere; 3 nieces, Cassandra Ulwick of Malden, Autumn Sanders and Tre Sanders of Saugus, and Kennedy Johnson of Bowie, MD; several, aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends, William and Paula Carey of Ipswich and his extended caregiver family at Hogan Regional. Eugene was predeceased by a sister Laura Jones. Eugene’s services will be held on Friday, March 26, 2010 at 12 noon at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. Eugene’s family and caregivers will receive relatives and friends on Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Cremation will follow services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Eugene’s memory to the Friends of Hathorne, P.O. Box A, 450 Maple Street, Hathorne, MA 01937.
