Dear Ann, mother of my oldest friend, Barbara, whose untimely death saddened us in 2008. Ann was always a warm, fun-loving, gracious lady, in spite of much sadness in her early life, when she lost her mother, and later, when her husband succumbed to an early death.<br><br>Bob and I send our deep condolences to Dave and to her other survivors. We were blessed to have had her with us for so many years.<br><br>Ellen Donoghue Stern
