Obituary of Margaret "Peg" (Noonan) Mudge

Margaret “Peg” (Noonan) Mudge LYNN—Margaret “Peg” (Noonan) Mudge, 66, died peacefully following a short illness at home on Friday evening with family by her side. Born in Lynn, she was the daughter to the late William and Kathryn (Fenneman) Noonan. She grew up and lived in Lynn many years, and graduated from Lynn English High School. Among several ways in which she strived to nurture her children and make a good life for them, she truly loved her work as a Communications Dispatcher at Hogan Regional Center in Hathorne part of Danvers. Peg enjoyed cooking, hosting family gatherings, and adored her four beautiful grandchildren. She is survived by: a son and daughter-in-law, Michael & Jennifer Mudge of Spokane, WA; a daughter and son-in-law, Wendy & Robert Farren of Medford; four grandchildren, Kyle and Samantha Mudge of Spokane, WA and Elizabeth Farren and Caitlyn Farren of Medford; two brothers, William G. Noonan of CA and John F. Noonan of NH; four sisters, Mary Noonan of Haverhill, Virginia Ornellas of CA, Dorothy Holloway of CA, and Betty Jean Noonan of Haverhill, and she leaves many nieces and nephews. Following cremation, relatives and friends are invited to gather on Thursday June 17, 2010 from 5 – 7 P.M. in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, followed by a Funeral Ceremony at 7 P.M. in the funeral home.
