Obituary of Doris Kelly Pinto

Doris (Kelly) Pinto, 74, of Peabody, died Sunday evening at her residence surrounded by her family after a long illness. She was the Wife of David J. Pinto who died on December 10, 2002. She was born in Peabody, the daughter of the late William J. and Philo H. (Broughton) Kelly and resided here All her life. She was a graduate of Peabody High School in 1945. She was first Employed at GTE Sylvania in Salem for 14 years. She then became a Lady Attendant at the Salem Country Club in Peabody for 27 years prior to her retirement 9 years ago. She enjoyed playing golf , bowling and Bingo at Bishop Fenwick High School. She is survived by a son, David Pinto Jr. of Amesbury; 4 daughters, Donnie and Fred Swift of West Newbury, Louise & Bryan Swentosky of Penn Run,Pa., Sharon and Richard Rougier and Kelly and Michael Brennan all of Peabody; four Brothers, William, Charles, Winn and Richard Kelly all of Peabody; 9 grandchldren And several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Louise Mc Vann, Elizabeth Buckley and Jenny Mansfield. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the Second Congregational Church, Maple St. Ext., Peabody with Rev. Grant Low officiating. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
