Obituary of Margaret (DiNapoli) DiGiulio

Margaret (DiNapoli) DiGiulio, 93, of Peabody formerly of Chelsea, devoted wife of the late Thomas DiGiulio, died on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford. Mrs. DiGiulio was born on May 1, 1917, in Chelsea, daughter of the late James and Angelina (Boccuzzi) DiNapoli. She was raised in Chelsea and graduated from Chelsea High School Class of 1934. She resided in Chelsea for 85 years before moving to Peabody in 2002. Mrs. DiGiulio was devoted to her family, was so proud of her grandchildren and their accomplishments and most recently her 5 great grandchildren. She traveled extensively and enjoyed going to Foxwoods, Las Vegas, attended at the Peter A. Torigian Community Life Center in Peabody where she enjoyed dancing until most recently. Mrs. DiGiulio was the loving mother and mother-in-law of Joseph and Nadine A. DiGiulio of Peabody with whom she resided, Ronald and Rita DiGiulio of Randolph; devoted grandmother of Lisa DiGiulio of Stratham, NH, James DiGiulio of Peabody, Angela Solow of Stoughton, Ronald DiGiulio of Lowell, Thomas DiGiulio and Anthony DiGiulio both of Randolph; cherished great grandmother of 5, and aunt to many nieces & nephews. Her 8 siblings predeceased her. Her funeral will be held on Monday, October 18, 2010 at 8:45 a.m. from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Adelaide Church, 708 Lowell St., Peabody. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours are Sunday, October 17, 2010 from 4 to 8 p.m. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
