Obituary of Anna Pauline (Carlson) Crompton
Ann Pauline (Carlson) Crompton, 81, of Peabody, died early Friday morning at the Radius Healthcare Center in Danvers following a brief illness. She was the devoted wife of the late Robert Crompton.
Born in Woburn, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Elsa (Glanfalt) Carlson. She was raised and educated in Peabody and later lived in Salem Briefly before returning back to Peabody.
She worked as a package assembler for ITW Devcon in Danvers for many years before retiring. She enjoyed dinning out with friends, gardening, and traveling to Sweden to visit relatives.
Anna is survived by her dear friend James Kepreades, her brother and sister-in-law, Chester and Charlotte Carlson of Peabody, her sister and brother-in-law, Alice and Louis Baglio, and sister-in-law, Barbara Carlson of Randolph, VT., and is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Carl Glanfalt, and Alfred, Harold, Arthur and Russell Carlson.
At the request of the family there are no immediate services planned. Memorial donations can be made in her name to the Hospice of the North Shore, 75 Sylvan St. Suite B-102, Danvers, MA 01923.
