Mary “Jean” (Beaulieu) Tringale
PEABODY—Mary “Jean” (Beaulieu) Tringale, 77, beloved wife of Charles S. Tringale of Peabody, died unexpectedly while on a cruise to South America.
Born in Chelsea and raised in Billerica, she was the daughter of the late Edward J. and Nora (McCarthy) Beaulieu and was a graduate of Billerica High School.
She enjoyed life and would seek adventure in many ways. When she was younger, she and her brother had a 1955 Ford that they enjoyed racing. Later in her life she would spend many hours out on the family boat with her husband and children. She enjoyed doing needlepoint, cross-stitching, and made quilts for all her grandchildren. She loved going to the Senior Center and playing board games with her friends.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Tringale of Peabody, with whom she shared 53 years of marriage; three sons, Dominic Tringale, James Tringale of Sandown, NH, and Edward & his wife Gayle Tringale of Peabody; two daughters, Deborah Tringale and her husband Robert Reilly of Rising Fawn, GA and Maryann Tringale of Littleton, MA; seven grandchildren, Michael, Jacquelyn, Danielle, Kevin, Molly Rose, Tyler and Abigayle; her sisters Louise Sullivan of Sudbury, Margaret Conquest of FL, and Dorothy Hill of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and a brother Edward Beaulieu, and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 – 8 P.M. in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather on Thursday May 12, 2011 at 9 AM from the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 AM in St. Adelaide’s Church, Peabody. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Memorial donations may be made in memory of "Jean Tringale" to the Friends of the Peabody Council on Aging, 79 Central St. Peabody, MA 01960.
