Obituary of Ronald J. Gidlow, Jr.

Ronald J. Gidlow, Jr. PEABODY—Ronald J. Gidlow, Jr., 47, beloved son of Ronald and Jo Anne (Moser) Gidlow of Peabody, died unexpectedly Tuesday morning May 24, 2011, at the Beverly Hospital. Ronnie was born in Niagara Falls, NY and moved to the North Shore with his family where he lived since 1972. He lived and spent time at Hogan Regional Center in Hathorne and Bass River, Inc. of Beverly. He will be remembered as a gentle, loving spirit who received the benefit of great care from his parents and family combined with the extended, caring community in which he lived. They all felt that special gift that Ron offered them as well. Besides his parents of Peabody, he is survived by his aunts and uncles, including Beverly Valentine of Niagara Falls, NY, Robert & Joyce Moser of Orlean, NY, Richard & Lucy Gidlow of Hebron, OH, and Margaret Moser of North Tonawanda, NY, and he also leaves many cousins, and the extended care-giving family at Hogan Regional and Bass River. He was preceded in death by a sister Rhonda Gidlow. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather on Saturday May 28, 2011 at 9 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, followed by a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Adelaide’s Church, Peabody. A visitation will be held on Friday from 5 – 8 P.M. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Niagara Falls, NY.
