Nancy and family,
For some reason, I thought of Korey today and typed his name into Google and saw his obituary. I am so very sorry for your loss (and I apologize this is so belated). I hadn't been in touch with Korey in years, but have many fond memories of him from soccer, boy scouts, the Kiley School and just hanging out on Anita Road. Korey was a great kid. And, from the obituary, it's obvious he grew up to be an even better man, notwithstanding any obstacles placed in his path. I'm frankly humbled by the grace and strength with which Korey apparently faced his illness. I wish you peace and happiness, and hope that your pain has eased somewhat with the passage of time.

Best regards,

Jeremy Coffey

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "come to me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.

May you all find comfort within eachother, knowing that Korey is now resting peacefuly.

I know this must be a tough time for all of you. I hope that your fond memories of times spent together will be of some comfort in the days ahead.

Love,
Mary Barlow
