Constance A. (Anderson) De Almeida, 74 Beverly, January 21, 2003. Constance A. (Anderson) De Almeida, 74, of Peabody, died early Tuesday morning at Beverly Hospital following a brief illness. She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph De Almeida. Born and raised in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late George and Evelyn (Miller) Anderson. She was a lifelong resident of the city and attended Peabody Public Schools. Prior to her retirement 10 years ago, she worked for over 50 years in the leather industry for various factories in Peabody. She enjoyed playing bingo, watching NASCAR auto racing and professional wrestling, and enjoyed drives along the beach. She also cherished the time she spent with her family and grandchildren. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Linda De Almeida of Rowley; a daughter, Maria Perry of Rowley; 2 brothers, Thomas Anderson of Cambridge, NY and John Anderson of Salem; 3 sisters, Mary Cook of Salem, Priscilla Payne of Middleton, and Genevieve Richards of Reading; 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late James and Franklin Anderson, Donalda Innis and Lavinia Murphy. Her funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 20 Church St., Peabody Facility to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visitation on Thursday from 4-8 PM. Burial in Rowley Cemetery, Rowley
