Obituary of Stephen A. "Rocky" Baribo

Stephen A. “Rocky” Baribo, 58, of Peabody, died unexpectedly Monday morning at his home. Born in Peabody, he was the son of the late Stephen and Camilla (Dorgan) Baribo. He was a life long resident of Peabody and attended Peabody Public Schools. Stephen worked in various capacities on the North Shore. He worked in the kitchen at the former Towne Line House in Lynnfield and at the close of that restaurant he worked a few more years the Kernwood Country Club in Salem. Rocky is survived by a sister, Camilla Tierney of Lawrence, an aunt, Mary Collins of Peabody and an uncle, Revered Gerard Dorgan of Danvers and by several friends in the downtown area as well His funeral service will be held on Thursday at 8:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00 AM at St. Mary the Annunciation Church, Conant St., Danvers, to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Salem.
