Obituary of June A. (Winchell) Ramsey

June A. (Winchell) Ramsey PEABODY—June A. (Winchell) Ramsey, 64, beloved wife of the late Paul Ramsey, died unexpectedly on Thursday December 8, 2011, at the North Shore Medical Center—Union Hospital in Lynn, following a long illness. Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Mary (Christie) Winchell. She grew up in Lynn and went to Lynn Classical High School. Mrs. Ramsey was employed with Margin Sportswear in Lynn for several years. June was a gifted artist who enjoyed making jewelry. She loved her motherly, nurturing role and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her daughters, Dawn & her husband Joseph Marcinkowski of Peabody and Robin & her husband Jon Eibye of Pepperrell, MA; her cherished six grandchildren, Tiffani, Allyson, Cerina, Jake, Gavin, and Lucas; nine sisters, Carole Picano, Sandra Kempton, Janet Guanci, Kathleen Holmes, Patricia Winchell, Maryanne Eichel, Susan Elliot, Wendy Davis, and Pamela Hudson, and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather on Wednesday December 14, 2011 at 9 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 AM in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Lynnfield. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 – 8 P.M. Cremation will follow the Mass.
