Obituary of Phyllis B. Bellaconis

Phyllis B. Bellaconis PEABODY—Phyllis B. Bellaconis, 65, joined Jesus and the angels in heaven on the evening of March 27, 2012 at the Essex Park Skilled Nursing & Rehab Facility in Beverly while in the presence of her family. Her final days were spent surrounded by her family; her five kids, other close family and friends laughing and remembering with her the best moments of her life. Phyllis was born in Peabody, MA on December 26, 1946 to Joseph and Stella (Brzezicki) Bellaconis. She was one of five siblings. She attended Peabody High School, and graduated with the Class of 1963. She continued her education at Suffolk University in Boston, and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Liberal Arts. Her most prized accomplishments are definitely her five children. Those who knew Phyllis were blessed to have experienced her friendship. She was strong, giving, and loving—and always ready to cook you a good meal! She is survived by four daughters and a son, Leo Gibely of Ft. Myers, FL, Estelle & her husband Tom Dill of Lynn, Roni-Jean Gibely and Donald Allen of Walpole, Genia Lee & her husband Shaun Enders of San Diego, CA, and Lynn & her husband Darren Muise of Beverly; eleven grandchildren, Brittney, Heather, and Garret Gibely, Darren, Abbey-Lyn, Alec and Oliver Muise of Beverly, Bradley Dill of Lynn, and Matthew and Mattix Gibely of Walpole, and Jade Enders of San Diego, CA, and her legacy lives on through each of them; a sister, Bernice Bentley of TX, and several nieces and nephews. She was the former wife of Aaron Gibely. The family wishes to thank the Essex Park Nursing Home in Beverly for all their love and support for the last three years. Additionally, we wish to thank two very special women in our mom’s life, her two companions, Ruth Turcotte and Melissa Pierce. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather on Friday March 30, 2012 at 10 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 AM in St. Mary’s Church, Lynn.
