Obituary of James R "Jim" Arsenault
James R. “Jim” Arsenault, 57, of Peabody, died unexpectedly on Thursday at his home.
Born in Boston, he was the son of the late William and Ruth (Riley) Arsenault. He was raised and educated in Everett and has lived in Peabody for the past 20 years.
Jim worked as a salesman for Atlas Glen-Mor Oil for over 23 years. He was active with the Peabody Pop Warner Football for the last fifteen years and was currently serving as president of the league.
Jim is survived by two sons and a daughter, James, Michael, and Samantha Arsenault, all of Peabody, his brother, William and his wife Angela Arsenault of Salem, NH, his two sisters, Jeanne Elber of Methuen and Donna Gallant of Florida and is also survived by his loving granddaughter, Serenity. He was the former husband of Donna (Leclair) Arsenault of Danvers.
His funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn Street, Peabody, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. John’s Church, Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
