Obituary of Dawn L. Angelopoulos

Dawn L. Angelopoulos, 46, of Boxford, loving wife of Michael E. Cusack, died with her family at her side at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers on Thursday, August 2, 2012. Dawn was born in Salem, on May 7, 1966, the daughter of Soterios “Terry” and Dorothy (Mavrakos) Angelopoulos of Lynn. She was raised in Lynn, graduated from Lynn English High School Class of 1984 and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design for Salem State University in 1989. Prior to moving to Boxford 4 years ago, Dawn resided in Groveland. For the past 16 years, Dawn was employed as a web designer at Cabot Heritage Corporation in Salem. She was a loving mother who devoted her life to creating a home for her 4 children. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, was an avid Patriots fan and a talented artist. In addition to her husband Mike and her parents of Lynn, Dawn is survived by her cherished children, Mikayla, Kylie, and her twins Connor and Alexis Cusack all of Boxford; her siblings and their spouses, Mark Angelopoulos and Diane Anderson of Swampscott, Sheryl and Richard Sholds of Peabody, Gail and Mark Amico of Manchester, NH, and Sharon and George Anderson of Rowley; 2 sisters-in law and their husbands, Maureen and James Beaton of Saugus, and Cathy and Clint Brewster of Peabody; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, a dear cousin, Donna Dube of Topsfield and many other cousins. Dawn’s funeral will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 9 a.m. from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody followed by a service at 10 a.m. at St. Vasilios Greek Orthodox Church, 5 Paleologos St., Peabody. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours are Monday, August 6, 2012 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
