Obituary of Mary Jo Russell

Mary Jo Russell, 46, of Peabody, died unexpectedly on Friday October 19, 2012 in Summerville, South Carolina, while visiting with friends. Born in Dorchester, she was the daughter of Joseph C Russell of Peabody and the late Sheila (Fallon) Russell. She was a life long resident of Peabody and attended Peabody Public Schools. Mary Jo enjoyed cooking and loved animals, but what she enjoyed most was the time she spent with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all. Besides her loving father, she is survived by her two sons, Joseph and Emanuel Couto, both of Peabody, her brother, William Russell of Peabody and by her grandson, William Joseph Couto of Peabody. Visiting hours will be held on Friday 5:00 until 8:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the American Diabetes Association, 330 Congress St., 5th Boston, MA 02110.
