Patricia “Patsy”A. (Gill) Hallinan
PEABODY—Patricia “Patsy” A. (Gill) Hallinan, 64, beloved wife of Michael Hallinan of Peabody, died peacefully on Monday evening December 3, 2012 at the Beverly Hospital while in the comforting presence of her family.
Born in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late George and Mildred (McLean) Gill. She grew up in Peabody, and graduated from Peabody High School, Class of 1967.
Mrs. Hallinan worked in the Banking Industry for over 25 years with Bay Bank, Bank of Boston, Fleet Bank, and retired as Head Teller with Bank of America in 2005.
Patsy enjoyed trips to Las Vegas, was a member of the Polish Club in Danvers, lounging afternoons playing the lottery with her friends at Champions Pub, and cherished time with family and friends, especially her grandson Jonathan.
She is survived by her husband Michael Hallinan of Peabody, with whom she shared 45 years of marriage; two daughters, Donna Hallinan and Deborah Hallinan both of Peabody; a grandson Jonathan Hallinan of Peabody, a brother Ed Gill of Gloucester, and many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Thursday from 4 – 8 P.M. in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather on Friday December 7, 2012 at 10 AM from the funeral home, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 AM in St. Ann’s Church, Peabody. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hospice of the North Shore and Greater Boston, 75 Sylvan St. Suite B-102, Danvers, MA 01923.
