Obituary of Cynthia "Cindy Welch" Cimaglia

Cynthia “Cindy Welch” (Terry) Cimaglia, 81, of Peabody, died early Monday morning at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late John Cimaglia. Born in Quincy, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Mabelle (Whittaker) Terry. She later lived in Gloucester and has spent the last 21 years living in Peabody. Cindy was known throughout the NorthShore as she played the piano at various restaurants in Rocky Neck, Gloucester at the Patio and Lobster House and worked for over 30 years at the Kernwood Restaurant in Lynnfield. Cindy is survived by her loving daughter, Jeanne Dunning of Newton,NH and her loving granddaughter, Samantha Dermody of Plaistow, NH. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Funeral services will be private.
