Obituary of Eleanor R. Breault
Eleanor R. Breault, 86, of Peabody, wife of the late Arthur Breault, Sr., died Sunday evening at the Pilgrim Nursing Home in Peabody following a brief illness. Born in Plymouth, she was the daughter of the late Catherine LeBlanc.
She was raised and educated in South Boston and was a graduate of South Boston High School. She later lived in Malden for over 30 years and has spent the last six years living in Peabody.
Eleanor was employed for over 27 years as a telephone operator for Verizon in Malden before retiring many years ago. She enjoyed playing bingo and was a huge fan of the Boston Red Sox and enjoye going to the games.
Eleanor is survived by her loving children, Arthur “Bud” and his wife Judy Breault of OH, Eleanor and Pauline McCallan, both of Peabody, her three grandchildren, Michael Breault of Medford, Shawn McCallan of East Falmouth, and Kathryn “Katie” McCallan-White, and her great grandchildren, Neahla, Jaelyn, and Shaylah White. She was predeceased by her son-in-law, John “Jack” McCallan.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 until 4:00 PM. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
