Obituary of Carolyn S. (Kriech) Gayhart

Carolyn S. (Kriech) Gayhart BEVERLY—Carolyn S. (Kriech) Gayhart, 72, died peacefully on Saturday April 27, 2013 at the Beverly Hospital while in the comforting presence of her family. Born in Terre Haute, IN, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Catherine (Friel) Kriech. She grew up in the Indianapolis area where she graduated from high school. Ms. Gayhart was employed as an Underwriter and licensed Insurance Agent for several insurance companies in the Indianopolis area, working mostly with the Reiwold Insurance Agency in Washington, IN. Carolyn enjoyed painting, and playing online poker games. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority where she participated in several community service projects. She is survived by a son Richard Jolitz of Beverly; two daughters, Kay Smith & her husband Mark of Salem and Gail Rozkydol of IN, and one grandson Robert Smith of Salem. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather on Saturday May 4, 2013 from 10:30 to 12 Noon in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, followed by a Funeral Service at 12 Noon in the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in her name to St. Meinrad Archabbey, 200 Hill Drive, St. Meinrad, IN 47577.
