Our personal condolences to the family members of Paul Kerkorian who was a member of our PHS class of "46". During those youthful years of our lives we can always remember his smiling face and his exuberant nature as we strolled the hallways of our beloved school or out in the school yard during recess time. During those years he also had our personal nickname of "Clark" after that handsome movie star of our era. He was quite a guy.

Patty, Paula and Pam -I was sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I really didn't know him very well but when I was in his company he was always friendly and welcoming and always had that great smile on his face.
My love, sympathy, friendship and understanding go out to you girls. He had the best daughters (caretakers) any parent could wish for and don't you ever forget that. He now will go raise hell with your mother. Oh boy! Love,Shelly

I would like to express my heart felt condolences to Coach Paul's entire family.
When I was a youngster Coach Paul was one of my high school coaches. As I grew into a young man Paul was a fellow teacher and a dear friend. When I obtained my thoroughbred trainers license it was Paul who went to bat for me and helped me immensely in getting that license. Life on the race track is not easy and Coach Klarkie was always there to help me out with advice or work. He helped so many people out on the backside at the race track that someone could write a book about all the good things he did for the folks in the barn area.
Although I hadn't seen my friend for the last few years I have kept tabs on how he was doing through my friends. He made an ever lasting impression on me with his positive attitude and humor. His "pep talks" prior to games were great -- the cigar chomping, arms waving, rah, rah. rah talks were wild !!!! He was great !!! What a guy !!!
I hope when my time comes people will remember me as I remember him -- as simply a "good guy". Some one like Coach Paul comes around once in a lifetime --- "Only in America" Coach and wherever you are, forever, "Yours in Sports" !!!!!

Dear Pammy, Patty and Paula and Families:

We are so heart broken to hear of "Klarkie's" passing. He was such a wonderful man. Always smiling and made you feel like a million dollars when in his presence. We all have so many wonderful memories of both your Mom and Dad as we grew up. My Dad just loved Paul so much. My Mom is heartbroken. But we find comfort in knowing that Big Frank has his best friend up in heaven with him now. They're probably at the track as I write this. Our sincerest condolences to you all. You will all be in our thoughts and prayers. Love Always, Anna, Liz and Claire and families.
