Obituary of Nancy A. (Ferullo) St. George
Nancy A (Ferullo) St. George, 88, of West Peabody, died peacefully Thursday, July 18th at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Edward G. St. George who died last year.
Born in East Boston, she was the daughter of the late Gene and Lidia (Luongo) Ferullo. She was raised and educated in Winthrop and had resided in Peabody for the past 28 years.
She had been an inspector of eyeglasses at the American Optical in Revere prior to her Retirement in 1952 when she returned home to raise her children. She was a long time parishioner of St. Adelaide’s Church and cherished spending time with her family.
She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-laws, Donna and Bill Doyle of Rowley, Denise and Bill Murray of Raymond, NH, and Nancy and Glen Houghton of Westford, six grandchildren Kaitlin Bonner, Brian Doyle, Sean and Craig Murray and Olivia and Allie Houghton, two great grandchildren, Ella and Ryder Bonner and also by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Pat and Cosmo Ferullo and Emily Boucher.
Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9:45 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody followed by her funeral Mass at 10:30 AM at St. Adelaide’s Church, 708 Lowell St., WestPeabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM. Burial will be in PuritanLawnMemorial Park, Lake St., Peabody.
