Obituary of Cheryl (McMath) Pszenny

Cheryl (McMath) Pszenny, 43, of Salem, died Wednesday afternoon with her family by her side at the North Shore Medical Center Salem Hospital following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Walter J. Pszenny III. Born in Salem, she was the daughter of Jack McMath of Hampton Falls, NH and Donna M. (Comeau) McMath of Peabody. She was a lifelong resident of Salem and a graduate of Salem High School, class of 1987. Cheryl was employed for over 22 years as an office manager for Dr. Beaulieu at his Swampscott office. Cheryl was very active and involved with all her children’s activities including dance, little league baseball and soccer for the city of Salem. She also has served as President of the P.T.O. for Witchcraft Heights Elementary School for the past 7 years. Cheryl is survived by her three loving children, Brian W. Pszenny, a Junior at Salem High School, Adam L. Pszenny, a 7th grader at Collins Middle School, and Katelyn J. Pszenny, a 5th grader at Witchcraft Heights Elementary School, her parents, Jack and his wife Lee McMath of Hampton Falls, NH and Donna (Comeau) McMath of Peabody, her two sisters and brothers-in-law, Christine and Joseph Medeiros and their children, Kyle and Dylan of Peabody and Kimberly and Shawn Hiltonen and their children Taylor and Chase of Salem, and is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to, The Children of Walter J.
