Obituary of Mary (Finocchiaro) LaFontaine Bergeron

Mary ( Finocchiaro) LaFontaine Bergeron PEABODY Mary ( Finocchiaro) La Fontaine Bergeron, former spouse of the late George LaFontaine, died Friday afternoon at the Merrimack Valley Hospital in Haverhill following a long illness. Born in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late Joseph & Mary Finocciaro. She lived in Peabody all of her life. Mrs. Bergeron enjoyed quilt-making, and bingo, she was a communicant at St. John’ s Church in Peabody, and was a member of the Marine Corps League of the North Shore. She is survived by: two daughters, Eileen Carmody of Amesbury and Danielle Connolly of Kennebunk, ME; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; a brother, Sebastian Finocciaro and a sister Rosaria Sally Perron, and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to her Funeral Service on Monday evening at 7 P.M. in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 12 Chestnut St., Peabody. A visitation will be held on Monday from 4 to 7 P.M. Cremation will follow the ceremony.
