Obituary of Lillian Rose Scopa
Lillian Rose Scopa, 79, of Danvers, died peacefully on Friday at the Ledgewood Rehabilitation Center in Beverly following a long battle with illness. She was the devoted wife of Paul M. Scopa, with whom she shared many happy years of marriage.

She was employed for over 25 years as a sales person in women’s fashion at Sears in Saugus before retiring in 1992. She loved to cook and bake for her family; having her everyone together for Sunday dinner was the highlight of her week.
Besides her loving husband, she is survived by her daughter, Paula Marie Lima and her husband, Orlando, and her grandchildren, who were her pride and joy, Kendra Marie, and her fiancé Daniel Maltais, and Michael Paul Lima, all of Danvers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Eleanor Scopa, Anna “Nina” Cook and Alfred DeMelis.
