David A. Churchill PEABODY—David A. Churchill, 51, beloved partner of Ed Palermo of Peabody, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday October 12, 2013. Born in Beverly, he was the son of the late Albert W. & Theresa (L’Heureux) Churchill, Jr. He grew up there and graduated from Beverly High School. He then graduated from Salem State College. He lived in Peabody for the last six years. Mr. Churchill worked for Avnet for several years. He was later employed in retail sales with Boston Tile, and later with Tile by Design. Recently he was an Internet Entrepreneur dealing on E-Bay. David enjoyed discovering and restoring antiques. He enjoyed travel, especially to Martha’s Vineyard. He was most happy when gathering with friends and family, especially hosting holiday Christmas Parties. He is survived by his partner Ed Palermo of Peabody, with whom he shared 10 years together; two brothers, Kevin & his wife Cynthia Churchill of Beverly and Paul & his wife Carol Churchill of Danvers; a sister, Christine & her husband Carmon Herrick of Wenham, and several nieces, nephews and cousins, and cherished his cat Sasha. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather for a visitation on Tuesday from 5 – 8 P.M. in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. His Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday October 16, 2013 at 11 AM in the funeral home. Cremation will follow the ceremony. Memorial donations may be made to either MassPAWS, P.O.
