Obituary of Robert T Bancroft

Robert T. Bancroft, 71, of Peabody formerly of Malden and Arlington, beloved husband of Doreen (Rossiter) Bancroft, son of Doris (Stallard) Bancroft of Arlington and the late Winslow Bancroft, loving father of Robert T. Bancroft, Jr. of Saugus, Anita Fleming of Methuen and Barbara Nelson of Peabody, brother of Dorothy Gahm of NH and Ruth Creswell of Tewksbury and is also survived by four grandchildren. He was formerly employed with the South Station Postal Office and was a salesman for Wise Potato Chips. He served with the United States Navy . A private family service was held on Thursday with burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody. Expressions of sympathy can be made in his name to the Alzheimer’s Assoc., 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472. Arrangements were made by the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody.
