Obituary of Denise A Mario

Denise A Mario, 58, of Peabody and formerly of Lynn and Winthrop, died unexpectedly on Wednesday at her home. She was the former wife of Jerry Ranelli. Born in Winthrop, she was the daughter of the late Christopher and Antonetta (Nagleri) Mario. She was raised and educated in Winthrop and was a graduate of WinthropHigh School, class of 1972. She later lived in Lynn where she raised her family and has spent the last 17 years living in Peabody. Denise was passionate about her job as a home health aid because she was able to provide the same loving support that had been provided to her in her times of need. She was a very sociable friendly and genuine person who loved going to yard sales on the weekends and was very proud of her Italian heritage. Denise is survived by her children, Michael Ranelli of Lynn and Michelle Ranelli of Brooklyn, NY, her brother, Louis and his wife Cheryl Mario of Peabody and by her niece and nephew, Mathew and Amanda Mario. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St, to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Burial services will be private.
