Obituary of Beverly (Caliri) Bartlett

Beverly (Caliri) Bartlett, 76, of Peabody and formerly of Lynn, died Saturday afternoon at the Beverly Hospital following a brief illness. She was the devoted wife of Robert S Bartlett with whom she shared over 55 years of marriage. Born and raised in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Antoinette (Ruocco) Caliri. She was a graduate of Lynn English High School, class of 1956 and has lived in Peabody for the past 49 years. Beverly was a child day care provider for over 40 years and was known to many as a “professional mom.” She had a gentle soul and a kind heart. Besides her loving husband of 55 years, she is survived by her three children, Anthony Bartlett of Lyman, Maine, Robin Devoe of Salem, NH and Cindi Gettman of Lafayette, CO, her brothers, Joseph Caliri of Lynn, Paul Caliri of FL and Thomas Caliri of Lynn and is also survived by five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Following cremation, a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 12:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:30 AM until 12:00 PM.
